Following our successful collaboration in 2022, Floom Creative joined back up with The Wild Times to showcase a nature and yoga retreat in Sweden. This retreat was part of a fully vegan gathering known as Shambala Gatherings. Shambala is ‘an international community where people come to experience what it’s like to live in communion with nature’.
The Wild Times curated a 4 day retreat packed with yoga exercises, breath work, sauna, and cold water plunges. This was designed to provide a reset for their clients and to allow them to reconnect with nature. This retreat perfectly fits into The Wild Times ethos of creating a fun and relaxing environment where people can reconnect with nature.
Conclusion
Some shoots are about energy. This one was about calm. Across four days at Shambala we followed the rhythm of the retreat, from morning yoga and breath work to sauna heat and cold water plunges, letting the Swedish forest set the pace. The aim was simple: capture the feeling of a proper reset, so that anyone watching could sense what it means to slow down and reconnect with nature.
