Swimming Nature is one of the UK’s largest independent swimming coaching providers. Their philosophy goes beyond simply teaching people to swim. Instead, they focus on refining technique and helping students learn to swim beautifully.
With a reputation for quality, Swimming Nature needed their digital presence and advertising strategy to match the scale and ambition of their brand.
The Problem
Swimming Nature wanted to expand their reach and grow membership without overspending on ads. Their existing campaigns lacked segmentation and structure, leading to missed opportunities in targeting and optimisation.

Google Ads
We segmented campaigns into granular data points — covering audiences, locations, devices, ad schedules, and keywords — to maximise targeting efficiency and optimise spend.
Meta Ads
At the top of the funnel, we used viral “hero baby” creative to drive engagement and awareness. At the bottom of the funnel, we built structured retargeting campaigns to re-engage users who had interacted with the brand.

- Membership grew from 4000 to over 5000 in two years
- Added £2 million+ in revenue with only a 15% increase in ad spend
- Google Ads: £26.7K spend generated 2326 leads at a cost per lead of £8.05
